We are proud to offer free shipping* on every order in Canada and the US. Once your order has been processed and packaged it will be delivered by FedEx.

If you place an order before 1:00 pm Eastern Time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will be processed that day. If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, or on a holiday, or after 1:00 pm on a regular business day, your order will be processed on the next business day. If you have selected to have your product(s) delivered on Saturday we will need to receive your order by 1:00 pm on Friday.
- Shipping Rules and Restrictions

All FedEx shipments require a customer signature upon delivery. Orders are shipped on business days only, unless you have requested Saturday delivery. Orders are always shipped fully insured.
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped. All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. If your order can not be shipped you will be contacted immediately by email and informed on the details of the delay or inability for DiDanielli to send the order. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped.
- Shipping to an Alternate Address

If you know that you will not be home to sign for the order, DiDanielli can send your purchase to an alternate address. If you are not able to sign for the package or have someone else available to sign for it, you can have it shipped to your local FedEx location so that you can sign and pick up the order when it is convenient for you. Find the FedEx location nearest to you.

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason please contact us as soon as possible at contactus@didanielli.com. Please understand that our ordering process is designed to ensure that products are delivered quickly. Once your order has been shipped, DiDanielli is not able to cancel it. However, you are able to return the item to DiDanielli within 30 days according to our return policy.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Europe.
For international shipments, we cannot be responsible for import tariffs, custom fees, or shipping delays and if a customer refuses shipment we will deduct any actual shipping, customs and other cost incurred by us from any refund given.
