Returns and Refunds
DiDanielli wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We only sell high quality .925 sterling silver jewelry made in Italy. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
To return, replace or exchange jewelry, please follow the steps below:
- Return jewelry in its original condition, in its original packaging, with its original tags, and with no evidence of wear. The receipt, tags and the Certificate of Authenticity must also be included in order to receive a full refund.
- If you were entitled to a free gift based on a spending threshold and your returns drop the total of your order below that threshold, you will be asked to return the gift. If you would like to keep the gift, we will charge you the value of the gift, which will be stated on our free gift offer.
- Please include the reason for the return on the invoice that was included with the jewelry. Your feedback will allow us to serve you better!
- Occasionally, after we have processed and shipped an order it will be returned marked 'return to sender' or 'refused'. To cover a portion of our shipping and restocking costs we will charge you 25% of the price of the merchandise.
- We suggest that you return the jewelry using a postal method that is traceable. Unfortunately if we do not receive the items we are not able to provide you with a refund.

Once your jewelry return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days. Purchases will be refunded to the original credit card used. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one month billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
