Is it safe to mail jewelry?: Since we ship our jewelry through FedEx, the incidence of loss is no greater than when any type of item is shipped. However all our jewelry is shipped fully insured.

How long does it take to get my order?: If you plan on taking advantage of our free shipping* offer in Canada and the US only, then it will take 3 to 7 business days to receive an order from the time the order is placed. If you need express delivery if will take 1 to 3 business days. Please see our Shipping and Handling section for further information.

Can I receive an order on Saturday?: We offer Saturday deliveries in the USA and Canada only. DiDanielli needs to receive your order before 1:00p.m. on Friday. Please see our Shipping and Handling section for further information.

How much does shipping and handling cost?: We offer free shipping* on all orders delivered in 3 to 7 business days in Canada and the US only. If you would like express delivery it will cost $19.95 to ship to the USA and Canada and it will cost $37.95 for deliveries to Europe. Please see our Shipping and Handling section to review prices.

What happens if I place an order and do not receive it in the specified time frame?: If you do not receive your order in the specified time frame then please contact us at contactus@didanielli.com.

How do I cancel an order after it has been submitted?: If you would like to cancel your order for any reason please contact us as soon as possible at contactus@didanielli.com. Please understand that our ordering process is designed to ensure that products are delivered quickly. Once your order has been shipped, DiDanielli is not able to cancel it. However, you are able to return the item to DiDanielli within 30 days according to our Returns and Refunds policy.

What is your refund policy?: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Refunds do not include shipping charges. For more detailed information please see our Returns and Refunds policy.

How do I return an item that I purchased?: Please return jewelry in its original condition, in its original packaging, with its original tags, and with no evidence of wear. The receipt, tags and the Certificate of Authenticity must also be included in order to receive a full refund. Items must be sent to DiDanielli, 8400 Jane Street, Concord, Ontario, L4K 4L8. How long will I have to wait for a refund?: Once your jewelry return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days. Purchases will be refunded to the original credit card used. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one month billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.

Can I send a gift from DiDanielli?: Yes you can. Simply indicate the address you would like the gift shipped to during the ordering process.

Is your jewelry real sterling silver?: Absolutely! Every item we sell on DiDanielli.com is .925 sterling silver. There is a hallmark on every piece which signifies that it is .925 sterling silver.

Is there any guarantee on the jewelry?: We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all our jewelry, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please see our Returns and Refunds policy for more detailed information.

What information does DiDanielli gather about me?: The personal information that we collect on this site includes your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, type of credit card you are using, credit card number and expiration date, or other form of payment information.
